Items that we provide for download upon enrollment
Please Note: To begin submitting billing and account receivable
files, you will already need to own a copy of Microsoft Windows (XP, 2000, 98).
Other tools needed
to service your billing will be provided upon completion of enrollment.
Once you become an authenticated user, you will gain access to our secure web servers
where you can download necessary claim filing and informational tools. You
also gain access to the providers side of our web servers where you can electronically
submit your billing batches, and other documents needed for processing your claims.
Here's What You Get:

An
MSAccess Database called
"Encounters" which is designed to allow you to capture and manage your company's billing data for electronic file submission to our web servers.
- If you do not own a copy of
MSAccess, we will also provide you with a copy for use.
- A dedicated (personal) fax line that is specific
to your area code once your setup has been completed. This allows you an open
line of communication for faxing miscellaneous files which cannot be uploaded to
our web servers.

And finally you will be given
user manuals and complete instructions to make things even more easy.
