The First Screen: Makes you log in each time it’s opened



Security: Add and Delete Users as needed.  Only Authorized users may access billing information.


Switchboard: All of your office management options are available to you from the main switchboard once you log-in


Works Similar to most billing software; you can manage billing data internally: Such as Diagnosis and Procedures, Fees, Patients, etc

You don't need to know the procedure code in order to enter your claims.  Just use the narrative box and add a detailed description.

Creating Electronic Billing Files can be done from one easy to use screen

Create them daily or weekly; just change your date range as needed.

You can also choose to just submit or resubmit one claim as needed.

Easy to follow instructions to guide you along the way.

Each time a "Telephone" icon appears on a form you will know that an option to create electronic files is available to you!

Print and View Account Receivables by "Claim Entry Dates" or By a Single Patient or Just view them all

Create electronic files and upload them as often as you need to.

Click these hyperlinks to view the files that have already been created so far.  Each time you create a new file within the same category, you will be prompted to overwrite the last one. (See Below)

View/Print and error proof your Claim Batch before electronically submitting it.

You can always reprint them as necessary by using the same date selections!

 

You wll be prompted to overwrite the existing file before the file is re-created.
