Can we use our own billing software to use with your service?	Yes. But you have to generate your claims in a readable format for our web servers if you are going to upload them. Otherwise, you can just fax in copies of the superbill/encounter forms.
Do I have to fax long distance?	NO. The fax line that you receive will have your area code. No additional fees are charged for this.
Do I have to pay an additional fee for the exclusive fax line?	NO.
Do I have to pay set up fees upfront?	NO! Set up fees can be divided over 3 or 6 monthly installments. Every 1st monthly invoice will have set up fees included in it until it is paid off.
Do we have to live in your State for you to service us?	NO
Do we have to use this Access database?	NO. You can fax your own encounter forms directly to us daily.
Do you bill patients?	Yes.
Do you bill secondary and tertiary insurance companies?	Yes.
Do you offer AR cleanup? If so how much does it cost?	This service is based on the age of the claims
Do you offer full service billing, coding and collection? If so, are the coding and collection services a different price?	YES! No the service fees are all based on the type of service and the returned revenue.
Do you offer other methods for receiving claim files?	YES. You can fax them to us, mail or fed-ex them to us: but do not email them for HIPAA Compliancy.
Do you submit patient invoices? If so how much does it cost?	YES.
How do I access the help file from the Software?	By hitting the F1 key when you get to a page that you need help with.
